The Flint Hills Gravel Ride was created in 2021 by a friend of mine. One of the founders goals was to host the event in small communities in Lyon County Kansas. The founder also donates much of the proceeds to the town, allowing them to make improvements to local parks and sports organizations.

For the 2022 event, I was asked to design a shirt for Americus, Kansas. The concept was to capture the feeling of small town Kansas, "americana," or the look and feel of an old gas station sign.
