Works on this page are primarily some form of intaglio print. The prints incorporate engraving, etching, aquatint, soft ground, drypoint, and/or mezzotint on copper or zinc plates.

I was first introduced to etching by my high school teacher, Ed Miller. I completed my BFA in Printmaking at Emporia State University, studying under Professor Dan Kirchefer. After many years away from the intaglio process, in 2022 I took an introductory course in engraving from Master Engraver James Ehlers.
